All of the sunglasses for sale at HiSunglasses.com are 100% authentic. We never dealt with fakes, imitations, non-original sunglasses. HiSunglasses.com offers name brand sunglasses at affordable prices and all sunglasses purchased from us come with their original case (hard or soft, depending on the frame) and all the authenticity papers from the manufacturer or the official distributor.

We carry the most famous designer names and we usually have the latest and previous collections. If you are looking for a particular style from a past collection or of a brand not listed, ask us. We carry an extensive range of brands: browse the complete list.

- Which payment method can I use at HiSunglasses.com?
You can pay for your HiSunglasses.com order using PayPal if you are located in USA. We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses for an increased security against fraud. Please visit http://www.paypal.com for more information.
If you are located in the following countries Australia, Canada, Brazil and European countries, we accept Western Union as a method of payment, while in the checkout process all the instructions will be displayed to you. - How much does the shipping cost ?
We offer Free Shipping for all USA and Canadian customers, however there will be a $25 shipping fee for International orders.
- Will I be charged for sales tax ?
HiSunglasses is Ships worldwide from our warehouses located in USA and ITALY. We do not add any taxes and/or customs duties to our posted prices. Please check with your local authorities whether any additional taxes and/or customs duties are applicable on your eyewear.
- Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet ?
HiSunglasses.com uses the latest Internet security technology to protect your credit card information—the Secure Socket Layer system(SSL). This system is compatible with both the Netscape and Internet Explorer web browsers and ensures that your credit card number is protected and cannot be viewed by outside parties.
- I need my order shipped to a totally different person, in another city or country.
For an increased security, we usually do not accept online orders with a shipping address in a different city or country than where the card is issued.
- When will my order arrive ?
Pending - Once you have made a payment with your credit card (Visa) or with Paypal, your order is placed in Pending Status. Someone from HiSunglasses.com will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by someone at HiSunglasses.com your order will be elevated to the next status. This process takes 1 business days.
Processing - Your order has now been approved and we will now attempt to fill your order. This process can take up to 1 business day to complete. Once we have filled your order, the status will be elevated again.
Awaiting Tracking - We have processed the batch of orders that yours was in and sent it to the warehouse for shipping.
The warehouse then replies to us within 8 business days with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped".
Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number.
You can track your package at www.FEDEX.com. Shipping can take up to 2 business days to arrive.
In total that is up to 12 business days from the time we receive payment untill it arrives at your shipping destination.
However most of our customers receive their merchandise much earlier, typically in 7 days.
- What is your return policy ?
All products must be returned to us AT YOUR EXPENSE within 15 business days from the date of delivery.
The original shipping costs charge (US$20.00/Order) processed to our shipping agents are non-refundable.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
UNACCEPTABLE REASONS for a refund may encompass, but is not limited to, the following:
- Color(s) of the merchandise are darker/lighter than displayed
- Merchandise had minor color differences from the picture
- Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer)
To save you money and time please ensure you have tried on the frame or sunglasses and they are exactly what you want.
- Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the customer
- How are HiSunglasses.com orders packaged ?
Sunglasses are delicate article so we put our efforts to package them to not be damaged while traveling.
Every article comes with its original case, usually a hard case, sometimes a soft bag, and with a microfiber cloth to clean them. Occasionally, other gifts are included in the shipments.
- How can I track the shipment ?
As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately add that information to your order as well as email it to you. Remember, we will not receive this information untill your order has arrived within your continent, Please be patient.
- What's the currency used on HiSunglasses.com?
We only accept US currency payments.
- How come I havent received my refund yet?
We process all refunds within 24 hours. If you paid using paypal, all refunds are immediate and you should see them in your account. If you still have problems, we will provide you with a reference number so you can contact paypal and ask them how come they have not credited your account yet.
If you paid using credit card, refunds are not instant. All Visa transactions are processed monday through friday, at 12:00am EST. Once your refund has been processed by Visa, your issuing bank must accept the refund, then post the funds to your account. If it has been longer then 5 business days, and the funds are still not showing on your credit card, please contact us and we will provide you with the transaction ID so that you can contact your issuing bank and inquire about the funds.
