Delivery Process
(Up to 12 business days)
Below is the exact step for step process HiSunglasses.com Staff takes when processing your order.
Pending - Waiting for someone from HiSunglasses.com to process your order.
Processing - Order has been approved and we are attempting to fill your order.
Awaiting Tracking - Your order has been sent to the warehouse for shipping.
Shipped - Your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.
Pending - Once you have made a payment with your credit card (Visa) or with Paypal, your order is placed in Pending Status.
Someone from HiSunglasses.com will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided
matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by someone at HiSunglasses.com
your order will be elevated to the next status. This process takes 1 business days.
Processing - Your order has now been approved and we will now attempt to fill your order. This process can take up to 1 business days to complete.
Once we have filled your order, the status will be elevated again.
Awaiting Tracking - We have processed the batch of orders that yours was in and sent it to the warehouse for shipping.
The warehouse then replies to us within 8 business days with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status
of your order to "Shipped".
Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number.
You can track your package at www.FEDEX.com. Shipping can take up to 2 business days to arrive.
In total that is up to 12 business days from the time we receive payment untill it arrives at your shipping destination.
However most of our customers receive their merchandise much earlier, typically in 7 days.
Other Possible Statuses:
Backordered - In this case your order is being backordered, you will receive a message letting you know of this status and
giving you an estimate of the waiting time for that specific pair of sunglasses you purchased. If you cannot wait the estimated time for the pair to become available,
please inform us and we will refund your money.
Cancelled - If your order status is "Cancelled" this is because we were unable to verify that your shipping address matches your billing address.
Returned - In the event that you request a return, once we receive your return we update the status of your order
to Returned and then issue a full refund.
Out of Stock - If your order is out of stock or we are unable to fill it for any reason, we will update the status of your order to Out of Stock and
issue a full refund.
Returns Process

Customers MUST contact our customer service via our website at http://www.HISUNGLASSES.com and or via email at support@hisunglasses.com within
10 business days from the date of delivery. Additionally, all products must be returned to us AT YOUR EXPENSE within 15 business days
from the date of delivery. Our return address can be obtained from contacting our customer service.
In returning your merchandise, you are required to obtain a tracking number from the shipping agent and provide us with this information.
Any returns without a tracking number or requests made past the expiration period; unfortunately, will not be honored.
Refunds:
The original shipping costs charge (US$20.00/Order) processed to our shipping agents are non-refundable.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
Other Important Information:
Exchanges - Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.
UNACCEPTABLE REASONS for a refund may encompass, but is not limited to, the following:
Color(s) of the merchandise are darker/lighter than displayed
Merchandise had minor color differences from the picture
Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer) We STRONGLY advise our customer to try on the pair at a store before placing the order
at HiSunglasses.com
Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the customer
Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise will be provided by a customer service support staff after receiving your contact.
However, in order to avoid such a stage, clients are advised to clarify unclear issues before placing any orders.

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
