  • Our sunglasses are 100% authentic and come with a full authenticity guarantee. All of the sunglasses we sell come with their original cases, cleaning cloth and papers of authenticity. These are brand new, unworn, 100% authentic designer sunglasses.

  • I am looking for a brand or product that is not shown on your website. Do you carry it?

  • We carry the most famous designer names and we usually have the latest and previous collections. If you are looking for a particular style from a past collection or of a brand not listed, ask us.

  • What payment methods can I use at HiSunglasses.com?

  • hiSunglasses.com accepts Credit Card payments, Paypal.com, Google Checkout and Western Union as payment methods. Some payment methods are limited based on which country the order is being shipped to, to find out more please login to your account and go to the payment page or contact us.

  • How much does the shipping cost?

  • We offer Free Shipping to USA and $25 shipping to Canada. For international orders there will be a $35 shipping fee.

  • Will I be charged for sales tax?

  • HiSunglasses.com ships worldwide from our warehouses located in USA and ITALY. We do not add any taxes and/or customs duties to our posted prices. Please check with your local authorities whether any additional taxes and/or customs duties are applicable on your eyewear.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?

  • HiSunglasses.com uses the latest Internet security technology to protect your credit card information—the Secure Socket Layer system(SSL). This system is compatible with all web browsers and ensures that your credit card number is protected and cannot be viewed by outside parties. We also have HackerSafe seal and VeriSign security.

  • I need my order shipped to a totally different person, in another city or country.

  • For an increased security, we usually do not accept online orders with a shipping address in a different city or country than where the card is issued.

  • When will my order arrive?

  • Orders in the US: 5-7 business days.
    International Orders: 10 to 12 business days.

  • How are HiSunglasses.com orders packaged?

  • Sunglasses are a delicate article so we put our efforts into packaging them so they are not damaged while in transit. Every pair comes with their original case, usually a hard case, sometimes a soft bag, and with a microfiber cloth to clean them. Some pairs have other gifts the are included in the package.

  • How can I track the shipment ?

  • As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately add that information to your order as well as email it to you. Remember, we will not receive this information untill your order has arrived within your continent, Please be patient.

  • What's the currency used on HiSunglasses.com?

  • You can make your purchase on hiSunglasses.com in any of the following currencies:

    Your default currency is based on where you're from, if we aren't capable of charging you in your local currency, your currency will be in USD. If you prefer to be charged in another currency, in the top right hand side of the site click on the flag. Beside the flag there will be a drop down menu which will allow you to easily change the currency you will both see prices in and be charged in. 


  • How come I havent received my refund yet?

  • We process all refunds within 2 to 3 business days. If you paid using paypal, all refunds are immediate and you should see them in your account. If you still have problems, we will provide you with a reference number so you can contact paypal and ask them how come they have not credited your account yet.

    If you paid using credit card, refunds are not instant. All Visa & Mastercard transactions are processed monday through friday, at 12:00am EST. Once your refund has been processed by Visa, your issuing bank must accept the refund, then post the funds to your account. If it has been longer then 5 business days, and the funds are still not showing on your credit card, please contact us and we will provide you with the transaction ID so that you can contact your issuing bank and inquire about the funds.
